Farm Job in Baldvis Perth

I quit a farm job at a beginning day.
But, It was a great experience for my future.
I finally get a new job which is tomato picking in a suburb of Perth the other day. I applied for some companies in Perth city.
That transport company was unable to offer me even though I have experience.
I was certainly confused not to get a new job because I had moved from Sydney to Perth to gaining a job the other time.
I had tried to inquire by my phone with a Japanese farm company and passed the interview last Saturday.
It is paid a salary per time and stable rather than any other farms on a commission system.
Japanese owner said you can come to accommodation before working the first day.
I was going to working place by public commute service.
It was hard to arrive there because I was walking at 2.4 Km.
I had managed to get there after that I called owner in front of his huge house.
He showed up me and he was showing me the accommodation.
I was worry about why we were going into the factory.
It was disappointed me because the accommodation is inside the factory and awful 6-bed dormitory room. I felt like a hospital or a jail. In addition, He gave me a dirty towel he said it can use the alternative of the pillow. I can not believe how employee lives here.
Furthermore, It is dirty and sandy on the room floor. I got sick of that I will stay for a while.
Helplessly, I asked to boss how I can buy some groceries and daily goods. Normally, people rent a owners car with fee. I feel he is absolutely so cheap（stingy）.
He looked for another employee because he tried to make somebody take me to the shopping mall.
But, there is no one. Every employee went shopping on the holiday so he took me to the shopping mall. He requested me to pay money and fill the application. It was very busy for me to buy some goods because he ordered me to finish in a hurry.
Some colleague already had come back to the accommodation when we arrived. I had an acquaintance who is a friend of a friend however, I have felt we don't match with him when we were at a first sight. He always says dirty joking that is so bored and not humor.
People gather with a kitchen and cooking them dinner. I felt they had a unique appearance as well.
I greeted them for the moment and cooking noodles for my dinner there. I tried to sleep early because the job starts at 5 o'clock. But, I can't sleep with a loud voice. A man had been talking to me even when I was sleeping. I need to take a relax and private space so, I am unable to stay that I will work here for the long term and survive disorder environment. After then I beg to offer a declined transport company I have canceled passed that job with e-mail before coming here because it will start next month. I tried to beg to hire again during at night. They replied to me quickly and have hiring again. I have determined to quit this job as soon as possible. I think He is so cheap if I have quit in the middle of the term he will don't pay my salary so I don't want to discuss it with him. I decided to escape this facility after work. 
I experienced such as picking tomato, remove the stem and plant seeds on the field. It was sick for me to work outside with dirty among summer sun. I even got to tired with this routine work. My colleagues encouraged me and give some weed. But, I never changed my heart. I told to my boss I'm going to quit this job today.
He had accepted it after that he insisted(claim) on me to pay the accommodation fee and transportation fee. I negotiated that I already worked for free at this farm today. He consents that I don't pay for extra charge. I quickly move to the previous house without greetings with my colleagues. I was exhausted with the job so I tried to Didi car service at a fast time. However, there was a suburb and no car. When I was walking alone people tried to help me to the station. I really thank them But, I declined because I finally catch Didi's car. I was wrong to way to the previous home I finally arrive there. My friend welcomed me. he always supports me. I have to return back him until before leaving Perth.
